After dealing with a serious health issue, I wanted to get a better understanding of an anti-inflammatory diet. I got that and so much more. As I had hoped, I learned so much about different foods, and I feel much more confident about my food choices. What I did not expect is the grounding Nicole gave me. I'm feeling optimistic about my recovery, and I'm starting to feel like myself again.
