Watch this space for information on the next REBOOT, which includes a year of Wellness Feast membership!

The Wellness Feast 14-Day REBOOT will introduce you to nutrient-rich, seasonal foods and eliminate common toxins & stimulants over the course of two weeks. The Reboot is a custom protocol aimed at cultivating a love of whole foods, eliminating toxins, improving blood sugar balance and restoring health. You will eat real food, meals and snacks. The Reboot is NOT a fasting cleanse or detox, and it is NOT intended to be a quick fix or crash diet. Rather, it provides you with an opportunity to reduce sources of inflammation, so that you can pave the way to discover the ideal way of eating for your lifestyle and goals. It is an invitation to become more mindful, build awareness and tap into consistent self-care practices. And the beauty of it: you will eliminate cravings, and you won't "retox" when it's done. The Reboot is a launchpad to your new normal.

I will lead you through all 14 days, with full instructions, a video introduction, shopping lists and recipes, online video sessions on aspects of the Reboot, daily email support, a private Facebook group, live "check-ins" and more ~ all geared to your success and growth. In other words, you get an amazing wellness experience, plus me as your coach for two weeks. Shortly after you complete your purchase, you will receive a short welcome e-mail from me, followed by more detailed information the week before the Reboot starts. Here's to your health! PLEASE NOTE this item is free if you already have a Wellness Feast Membership.
