After dealing with a serious health issue, I wanted to get a better understanding of an anti-inflammatory diet. I got that and so much more. As I had hoped, I learned so much about different foods, and I feel much more confident about my food choices. What I did not expect is the grounding Nicole gave me. I feel much better equipped in other parts of my life. She helped me find areas I had been neglecting because I was distracted with the health issue. I went into the experience vulnerable and came out of it stronger. Thank you, Nicole. ~ J.
I found Nicole while seeking a nutrition coach who emphasized holistic care and wellness over simply weight loss. I definitely came to the right place ~ I have really enjoyed working with Nicole! She is so upbeat and really cares about her clients, and she makes working on health and wellness fun! Plus, her personal story lets her relate so well to clients. If you are looking to improve your relationship to food in a kind way that lets you take care of yourself as you go, try Wellness Feast! ~ S.
I've been working with Nicole for more than a year. The ability to discuss ANYTHING that's going on in your life, and get suggestions, ideas, affirmations and non-judgmental feedback is HUGE! Nicole has a huge knowledge base and a loving heart . . . and only wants the best life for her clients. ~ L.
My coaching experience was great! I joined up to get motivation to eat healthier and exercise more. But what I got was so much more than that. My whole lifestyle is healthier, both physical and mental health. She also coached me through a crazy unexpected job change in the middle! I highly recommend Nicole's coaching for anyone who needs a change or is feeling a bit stuck. It's not some crazy restrictive or prescriptive diet plan that's one-size-fits all - Nicole helps you set realistic goals and make small changes that lead to big changes. ~ A

Nicole, Your enthusiasm and vast knowledge of nutritional benefits is impressive. Your welcoming message encourages us to seek your advice to improve our health and our hope for a more meaningful tomorrow. I love the recipes and reminders about the importance of physical activity as we strive for our best. Thank you for sharing your own story and helping us to make our own story that makes us proud of our accomplishments, thanks to your guidance and example. ~ W.
I'm feeling optimistic about my recovery, and I'm starting to feel like myself again. I've become more intentional about what I'm eating, and I'm not eating late at night as much as I used to (and I've lost weight). I've also been able to bring that same intentionality to my mornings for prayer and planning time, and I feel like I'm able to be more present with my family in the evenings after work. ~ B.
I really feel in control of my eating for the first time in a very long time. And I feel better overall. Less of those icky symptoms that have plagued me for too long . . . the change on the scale has given me the hope I was lacking this past year when I couldn’t get it to budge. Thanks to your approach, your support, and the grace you gave us as women who are trying to do “it all.” Your clear and concise directions set limits but didn’t make me feel restricted to the point of failure or fatigue. Thank you. I could not have made these changes without you. They’ve been on my mind but you made them a part of my daily life. I can’t thank you enough. ~ G.
