Whether you're feeling stuck, or ready to take your health and life to the next level, I can help you reclaim your power, make lasting change and live more intentionally. (Scroll down to the Praise, Press & More section of the Get Inspired page if you want to see how I've helped just a few of my clients).

With the constant demands of work and life responsibilities, sometimes the things we do to improve our health and enrich our lives no longer work like they used to. Perhaps we don't know what to do, but more often than not, it's that we're stuck in a rut and don't know how to get out of it.  Studies show up to 95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. That's why we struggle to make changes - to our health, in our relationships and in our lives - that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.

The average person makes the same New Year's resolution ten times over the course of their lives, because they don't have consistent support or accountability to make lasting change. Doctors, health practitioners and other advisors are an important part of our wellbeing, but they often don’t have the time or the skills to help us stay motivated and follow through to get real results. So, we default to our set habits, even when we know those habits make us feel stuck, discouraged or powerless. That’s where coaches like me come in: to provide the right system, support and accountability, so you can develop new habits and finally transform your health and your life in a meaningful way.

AVAILABLE SERVICES
(Additional information and pricing HERE)

Private health, wellness & nutrition coaching and/or life coaching: Confidential weekly one-on-one coaching in person or via phone or video conference (including a customized digital platform for additional support and accountability).  Contact me to set up an initial consultation to find out if private coaching is right for you.

Semi-private coaching: Customized coaching programs for small groups of two or three people.  This is a great (and affordable) option for couples, family members, friends and like-minded individuals who are motivated by having an accountability partner.

Online coaching resources:  This is a great way to "get your feet wet" if you're not quite ready to take the plunge into private coaching. Wellness Feast Membership gives you
access to exclusive content, resources and programs (such as the Wellness Feast 14-Day Health Reboot). It includes online seminars on specific topics such as lifestyle habits, stress management, healthy weight management, disease prevention and other health & wellness concerns, plus video-based coaching, live video conferences and wellness workshops.

Speaking engagements, workshops & workplace wellness:  I am available to speak and/or lead workshops and retreats at your company, school, church or community organization on topics such as stress management, reducing inflammation, healthy eating, and lifestyle habits that promote good health. I am also available for cooking demos and wellness workshops for private events and workplace wellness initiatives.  Contact me for more information and pricing. Wellness Feast also holds periodic wellness workshops open to the public in Northern Virginia ~ click here for details about the next workshop.

Disease Management and Post-Surgery Support:  I work with you and your loved ones alongside your healthcare team to provide nutrition advice, mindfulness practices and other modalities to support healing, gentle movement as permitted by your physician, accountability on resting and letting your body recover (for the impatient patients out there), and good old-fashioned moral support.  I bring not only my coaching and nutrition expertise to the table, but also experience: I've kicked cancer and had seven surgeries in six years.

Personal Training: Many of my clients have shared that they would love to add personalized fitness to their coaching experience, especially because it's not always easy to relate to the 19-year-old muscle-bound trainers at the fancy gyms.  I have total respect for the young and buff, but as a 50-something mother of three and a cancer survivor, I can understand wanting to work with someone who has "been through some stuff."  I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, and I work with all ages and all stages of fitness in flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, agility and resistance training.

Food allergy consulting: Have you just learned someone in your life has food allergies or needs to avoid certain foods? Based on my experience as a parent of a child with severe food allergies and owner of a specialty baking service, I offer consulting services to jump start your journey, including pantry overhauls, cooking lessons, baking shortcuts and substitutions that will keep you sane, plus tips on how to handle parties, holidays, school and other events on short notice.
