Optional in-person "healthy kitchen" consultation available for an additional fee. NOTE: Coaching meetings are held via Zoom or phone. Limited in-person coaching is available in my office in Oakton, Virginia. In-person coaching in your home in Northern Virginia is available for an additional fee.
