Registration is now CLOSED for the new Wellness Feast Stretch & Flow class! This initial six-series class will be on Mondays at 7pm from April 11th through May 16th. It will be a one-hour class, with 45-50 minutes of exercise (a blend of stretch, flow, pilates & yoga) led by certified fitness instructor Shannon Callahan. I'll then wrap us up (and wind us down) with 10-15 minutes of breath work and/or guided meditation. The series is $150 for six classes, plus you'll have access to a private Facebook group and online workouts to access between classes. And our last class will be followed by a special closing celebration. Wouldn't this be an amazing way to start each week this spring?
